#PARKITECT DEMO PRO#
If you enjoyed the Roller Coaster Tycoon games but found Planet Coaster overwhelming in its customisation I would definitely recommend checking Parkitect out, plus it can run on even low spec computers.Į-mail your comments to: really don’t understand all this talk about the next generation of consoles, GC? Why on Earth does anybody need another generation of consoles, especially in this day and age? Especially when we have the luxury of the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X available. I have found everything about it far more simple than Planet Coaster, which reminded me of LittleBigPlanet in that you can create some incredible things if you have the skill and time but otherwise you end up creating something pants.
What I think it does better than Planet Coaster is the park management aspects, which are deep but very simple to get your head around and manage efficiently.
Parkitect goes back to the isometric style of the Roller Coaster Tycoon games rather than the fully 3D parks found in Planet Coaster, but the art style is still very attractive. In Parkitect though I have found what I have been looking for. There has been Planet Coaster released in the past couple of years, which is regularly updated with new content, but despite it being a great game it left me dissatisfied, not scratching that same itch that Roller Coaster Tycoon did back in the day. A spiritual successor to the old Roller Coaster Tycoon games. Prior to Christmas I wrote in about how I was looking forward to playing a game over Christmas called Parkitect.
